How is payment made?

We use Stripe as a payment service. You pay by bank card one month in advance. No contract or notice period. The payment for the subscription is deducted every month on the same day you first paid the subscription. Eg. if you paid for your subscription the first time on September 26, the next payment will be deducted on October 26. If you want to change the date on which the payment is deducted from your account, you can contact support.
