What is included in the subscription?

Here we explain how Yazen’s costs work and what is included in the subscription.

The Yazen subscription covers digital healthcare services, including medical consultations, digital tools and other support services designed to help patients throughout their weight loss journey.

Medicines are prescribed only following an individual clinical assessment and are not guaranteed. The subscription fee paid by the patient relates to access to Yazen’s services and platform and does not include the cost of, or constitute payment for, medicines.

Yazen does not sell, provide, dispense or deliver medicines. Where medicines are prescribed, they are sold and provided by an independent pharmacy, which is responsible for the pricing and provision of such medicines in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Where Yazen presents bundled pricing, this is intended to make the patient journey simpler and more transparent by helping patients understand the expected monthly cost of their treatment support and related services. Bundled pricing is designed to provide clarity around the total price point for the patient’s weight loss journey, rather than requiring the patient to navigate separate or unclear service costs.

Blood tests included in Change are covered by the subscription price. For Clarity, blood tests may be carried out if needed, but are not included in the subscription cost.
