Brownie Balls

Decadent, chewy, and naturally energizing, these Brownie Balls are the perfect balance between indulgence and nutrition. Made from sweet dates, rich cocoa, and a boost of protein, they deliver all the chocolate satisfaction of a brownie—without the guilt. The roasted buckwheat adds a subtle crunch, while a coating of dark chocolate and a sprinkle of sea salt take them to irresistible heights.

Ideal for an afternoon pick-me-up, a pre-workout snack, or a healthy dessert, these bites prove that wholesome can be seriously delicious. Easy to make, easy to love, and impossible to stop at just one.

Brownie Balls

Brownie Balls

Serves: 15 balls
Time: 30 minutes + 30 minutes chilling

INGREDIENTS:

  • 200 g dates, pitted
  • 70 g chocolate whey protein (2 scoops)
  • 3 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 160 g roasted buckwheat
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 100 g dark chocolate (85%)

METHOD:

  • Dry roast buckwheat 5–7 minutes until golden, let cool.
  • Blend dates into a paste. Add protein, cocoa, and salt; blend again.
  • Fold in roasted buckwheat, form 15 balls.
  • Chill for 10 minutes to firm.
  • Dip balls in melted chocolate, sprinkle with flaky salt.
  • Chill at least 30 minutes to set.
