Avocado sandwich with cottage cheese and tomato

A quick and filling avocado sandwich

Elevate your lunch game with this avocado sandwich featuring creamy cottage cheese and juicy tomatoes. Packed with healthy fats and fresh flavours, this sandwich is a delicious and satisfying meal option.

Ingredients - 1 serving

2 slices of wholegrain bread (80 g total)  

1/2 avocado  

100 ml cottage cheese (1.5 %)  

1 tomato or 6-7 cherry tomatoes  

Spices: salt/pepper, chilli flakes

Energy 385 kcal  

Protein 22 g  

Carbohydrates 36 g  

Fat 15 g  

Method - 5 minutes

  1. Spread the cottage cheese on the bread. Top with sliced avocado and tomato. 
  1. Season with a little salt/pepper/chilli flakes and, for example, a bit of squeezed lemon.
  1. Tip! It’s delicious to top it all off with some fresh basil or alfalfa sprouts.
