2 slices of wholegrain bread (80 g total)
1/2 avocado
100 ml cottage cheese (1.5 %)
1 tomato or 6-7 cherry tomatoes
Spices: salt/pepper, chilli flakes

Method - 5 minutes
- Spread the cottage cheese on the bread. Top with sliced avocado and tomato.
